Shipping & Delivery
Tracking code will be provided once orders shipped. Shipping company usually need 2 days to update their online tracking database system. So, please KEEP CALM and wait for it to be updated in their system.
Most international delivery takes 5 - 7 business days to arrive, depend on your location. Shipping delay caused by other third party or events involved in the logistic processes such as custom authorities & holiday events must be tolerated. Please be advised that orders during weekend will be processed on the next business day.
Each country impose different custom regulation. We might assign different courier that deliver best according to order destinations.
We usually ship using DHL, EMS, UPS, FedEx and Local Post Office Registered Mail Services.
Free Shipping for orders worth 75$ or more, we will ship using the cheapest shipping method available to your country. Please note that it might take at least 3 weeks for your ordered items to arrive, depend on your location (Free Shipping Method).
Changes on product packaging can be made by the manufacturers at anytime without prior notice.
Latest, Hot Selling, and Soon To Be Released items or marked as [Pre-Order] in "PRE-ORDER" category tab might need more time to get. Only buy [Pre-Order] items if you are willing to wait for it.
Some courier require your signature in order to hand over the parcel to you. If you are absent at the time they arrive, chances are your items will be send to your local post office. You will need to call your local post office to have it redelivered or you can pick up your package directly from there.
We will do everything we can to ensure you get your orders quick and safe at no extra charge. Therefore we might need to remove the packing list / original invoice in your package and declare lower values in the shipping information or even mark it as personal gifts whenever possible. Original invoice will be sent to you automatically via email once you place an order.
For International customers, we will do our best to save your money! but possible tax / duty imposed by your country upon arrival is not in our control.
Please check your national custom regulations before making orders. We are not responsible for any actions done by your custom authority upon items arrival at your country. It is impossible for us to keep up with custom information in every country.
We always do our best to keep our online inventory up-to-date, please tolerate a few days for orders processing before we dispatched your orders and provide you with their tracking codes. If there's a back order, allow us to partially ship your goods just in case we have to wait for the rest of the back order goods to be restocked longer than expected. Don't worry we will not charge you with any additional shipping cost due to the partial shipments but we might only afford to send you the other goods / packages using the cheapest shipping method available.

Returns & Replacements
You can cancel your order and request for full refund or make order changes for payments that you have made but hasn't been processed by us (Order Status : Pending).
Once you make payments and the amount of fund that you authorized us to charge for your order has been processed / charged / received by us, your order status will be marked as "Processing" and there will be no refund or order changes can be made anymore. Please confirm your order be sure you know and like what you're buying. If you change your mind regarding an order that you already submitted and need to make changes to orders that you have paid to us, please contact us as soon as possible, before we processed your order and escalate your order status from "Pending" to "Processing".
We only offer Order Exchange (Return & Replace). No Refund (except for orders marked as "Pending").
Dear customers, to be eligible for making any claims (defective / DOA / wrong items), basically you will need to do the following procedures:
1. Record a video starting from the moment you receive your parcel until the moment you open the packages and test the products in it.
2. The record should be in a single video from the start till the end with no cuts, pause or editings, and the package should be on camera the whole time.
3. Take a clear photo of the shipping label & packing slip of the package so that we can see & verify the information and codes shown on it.
4. Send the video and photo to us via e-mail within 5 days from the date you receive your parcel.
We are always sorry should you face any problem with items that you ordered, and we need to be straightforward to all our customers. Please read this page carefully before you decide to buy from us. We rather losing sales than disappointing you by making fake promises!
We provide up to 3 months warranty for most of our e-cigarettes products (Mods and Tanks) exclude e-liquids and accessories. Please read the product description on the web page to find out the exact warranty period for each items. All warranty claims are subject to our approval. We will need you to provide us all the information we need to solve the problem. Once we verified your warranty claim to be genuine, then you are eligible to get new replacements.
What If items damaged during shipment? or Dead On Arrival (DOA)? Contact us and we will investigate it. If it caused by other parties such as the courier company, custom authorities, etc, then we will not be held responsible for any losses. That is the risk of making international orders and the way we see it, you need to share the risk too. However if the damage or losess occured due to our misconducts such as; we sent you wrong items or quantities or wrong parcel, then we will do our best to send you a new one for free using the cheapest shipping method available. We thank you for your patience, all problems need time to fix, and we hope you understand that we need some time to make a thorough investigation and intense communication with you, the manufacturers, shippers, and our logistic department team to figure out the source of the problems before we can respond any of your replacement requests. Once we identified the problems and come up with a solution or receive funds from the shipping insurance, then we will notify you.
You are required to send us back the defective / DOA / wrong items before we can send you a new one. We guarantee the items but not the shipping, therefore shipping fees involves in the returns & exchange processes will be your responsibility.

Please don't throw away the original invoice / packing list before you are sure that you have received all your items.

If one of your items is not listed in the packing list, please send us a photo of the package list, we will response as soon as possible to make up for our mistake
We have the confidence that each order is proceed in a fast and correct way. Each order is inspected by at least 3 workers. We record the order, weight information. We take picture before shipping for some special orders. However, sometimes mistake occurs, we are always sorry for such cases, we will work hard to make sure that you become a satisfied customer.
Warranty can be claimed by showing us a video as proof. Note that we record pictures and videos of all items that we shipped.
Please understand, only genuine claims are approved to get replacements.
We will provide you new items in exchange of the defective / DOA/ wrong items as soon as they has been returned to us. if we do not have the require items for exchange / replacement instock, please wait for us to restock. Please contact us before returning your items to get the order returns address.

There are 3 order categories : General products, [Pre-Order] products, and Liquids.

Each category must be ordered seperately due to the special handling needed, time to ship and surcharges imposed by couriers for international deliveries of batteries, liquid and chemical base products.

If you are planning to purchase products that are under the same category then you can place it all in 1 order list.

However, if you need to purchase products that are not in the same category, then you should split your order accordingly to each category, even if sometime we managed to get them all shipped in one package.
